Lucy leads the Privacy and AI team within Sprinklr's Legal department. Over the past 2 years, she has focused on building a resilient privacy regime, providing commercially-focused product counselling, creating scalable solutions to strengthen customer confidence in data privacy, as well as simplifying privacy for her internal and external stakeholders. In addition to this, Lucy advises on Sprinklr's legal obligations regarding AI, including developing an AI governance program.
