As I work with customers, cross-functional partners, and fellow Renewals Managers, what I experience working at Sprinklr goes beyond excitement and is best described as a sense of aliveness. It's a fast-paced pursuit to reach customer and company goals that generates daily opportunities to find (and often, create) the best path forward through clarity, creativity, and attunement!

My career in digital design has truly evolved at Sprinklr. The company has helped me discover my true potential in user-centric design, driving me to build simple, intuitive solutions for complex platforms. I am constantly working on my skills, and Sprinklr's incredibly supportive culture backs this career growth, encouraging me to learn new things every day.

Go-to-market teams often say everyone works in Sales. Agreed, but at Sprinklr we all work in Legal too. It’s a privilege for our Legal team to help transfer our enthusiasm and pride in the Sprinklr technology to customers, while we appreciate the CRO’s categorical stance on compliance and data privacy. It’s that partnership between teams which makes Sprinklr a unique place to work.

In my role, I get to focus on talent, skills, and development for all our Sprinklrites, as well as the culture of our company and the ways we work together and with our partners and customers. This is a pivotal time in Sprinklr's transformation, and being able to impact the life and career of every Sprinklrite is truly an honor.
