​Steps to create a new Intent Test Project

1. Open the Conversational AI Persona App and go to "Test". Click on "Intent Test Projects"​

2. To add a test project, click "Add Test Project" in the upper right corner of the "Intent Test Projects" window.

   ​

3. In the "Create New Project" window, name the project, provide a description, and select the intent model to test.

   1. If you want to use existing data from Sprinklr, select the "Existing Messages in Sprinklr" option.

   2. If you prefer to upload data using Excel, choose "Upload an Excel" and download the example ​

Your project has been created and is currently in the 'Processing' status. It will soon change to 'Processed'. After that, you can review the predictions by clicking the eye icon.
