How to Create and Manage Ads Manager Exports

Updated

In Sprinklr Ads Manager, you can apply the necessary filters and export your campaign details. With Ads Export, you can download a spreadsheet with the details of your Paid Initiatives, Ad Sets, or Ad Variants. To maintain the same format across regions and teams, you can also create templates and share them across users/user groups, which is basically a combination of filters and column configurations, thus bringing consistency into your exported reports.

Sprinklr allows you to export reporting metrics along with the other columns in the Ads Manager.

Enablement note: The use of this feature requires that Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) be enabled in your environment. To learn more about Sprinklr Marketing (Ads), please work with your Success Manager.

  • The system restricts export to only up to 50K Ads at a time. Your first 50K ads will be selected for export if the number is exceeded.

  • The columns selected for Ad Sets and Paid Initiatives will determine the level of export detail. If properties are set at the Paid Initiative or Ad Set level, rows in exports will include the highest level required for comprehensive property inclusion. Where properties are set at the Ad level, exports will include rows for each Ad individually.

  • You can download all activities of all ad entities in one single go from the Ads Manager.
