Events in the Editorial Calendar
Updated
Events are entities available in Sprinklr to enhance your planning experience for your brand. You can associate events with Campaigns and Sub-Campaigns as non-mandatory fields. The associated events are visible in the Overview and Editorial Calendar tabs of the respective Campaigns and Sub-Campaigns. Additionally, you can filter Events in the Editorial Calendar by Campaigns and Sub-Campaigns they are associated with.
Calendar View: Year & Quarter Periods
Events have a similar structure to Campaigns or Sub-Campaigns in this view. In this section, you can view all types of events - events associated with the Campaign, sub-campaign, and independent events (events without any campaign or sub-campaign association).
By selecting Campaigns, Sub-Campaigns & Events in your view configurations, you can also view the association of events with campaigns & sub-campaigns in the Gantt view structure (in a nested format). Here, you can only access Independent events from the summary at the top which will redirect you to a third pane containing a list of events for that month.
Calendar View: Month, Week & Day Periods
Events have a list structure in this view. In this section, you see all types of events - events associated with the Campaign, sub-campaign, and independent events (events without any campaign or sub-campaign association).
By selecting Campaigns, Messages & Events in your view configurations, you can view each of these entities separately for the month, but not in a nested format.
Timeline View: Month, Two Week & Week Periods
Events have similar structure to Campaigns or Sub-Campaigns in this view. In this section, you see all types of events - events associated with the Campaign, sub-campaign, and independent events (events without any campaign or sub-campaign association).
By selecting Campaigns, Sub-Campaigns, Messages & Events in your view configurations, you can view Events & Messages in the top section of the screen and a nested structure of Campaigns and sub-Campaigns at the lower section of the screen. Since, Events are not shown next to Campaigns & Sub-Campaigns, there is no nesting between Events and Campaigns / Sub-Campaigns.
