Q) What are TXT, SPF & DKIM records?

TXT, SPF, and DKIM are all DNS (Domain Name System) records used for email authentication purposes.

TXT (Text) records are a general- purpose record used to store text-based information in DNS. For email authentication purposes, they are used to store verification information that helps to identify if the email message is being sent by an authorized sender or not.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS record that specifies which servers are authorized to send email on behalf of a domain. SPF record helps to prevent spamming, spoofing, and phishing attacks.

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email authentication method that allows the receiver to check if an email message was indeed sent and authorized by the domain that it claims to be from. DKIM works by adding a digital signature to the email message header, which is verified by the recipient's email system against the public key stored in the DNS.

In summary, these records are used to verify the authenticity of an email sender and prevent unauthorized access to the email system,

thereby increasing the overall security of email communications.
