The Standard Persona Apps are enabled by default on the Sprinklr Platform, along with the LaunchPad View simultaneously providing access to both the Persona and the holistic Sprinklr interface. For more information on navigating to the Marketing Persona Apps from Launchpad, see here.

If you would like to only use the Persona Apps, you can request your Sprinklr Success Manager to enable the Persona Only View, thereby eliminating the complexities associated with the holistic Sprinklr Interface.

No. It will not be possible to add or remove any modules from the Standard Persona Apps. However, if you find more than one standard persona relevant to your roles, you can use all the relevant standard personas simultaneously or request your Sprinklr Success Manager to configure custom personas for your use cases.

Permissions for the modules within the Standard Persona Apps will follow the user permissions set for the user on Sprinklr. For example, if a user is not permissioned to edit Campaigns from Campaign Manager, then they cannot edit the Campaigns from Persona Apps as well.

Home Page can be accessed at 'sprinklr.com/home' in your environment. You can also access it through the Sprinklr icon on the top left. By default, the home page would stay pinned in your tabs on the platform for quick access.

Your home page widgets are decided based on your product seat and permissions data so as to give you the best matching content (assets, dashboards, messages, etc.) to help with daily tasks.

You will still be able to see all the old format features of Sprinklr from the menu tab on the top left next to the Sprinklr icon. The home page will just be a tab among many in your Sprinklr workspace with the rest remaining the same.

Currently widgets are tied to product seats and permissions. Configurability for individual widgets is not supported yet. However, if you feel the widgets are not meeting your needs, you can connect with your admin for customization or use the Feedback button to provide suggestions. Also, if you feel the home page is not relevant for you, you can reach out to your admin who can change system identified persona for you. This in turn would modify your home page as per that overridden persona.

Home Page will not override the old format in any way, it's just going to be an additional tab in your Sprinklr environment from where you can access assets and dashboards relevant to you.

If you have multiple tabs open during a previous session, you will always land on the last opened tab when you log in again. The home page will stay pinned but will not be the default landing page for existing users.

Currently the home page is DP controlled at the partner level, so this restriction will not be supported as of now. We will keep you posted about future release additions to the Home page.

Yes, the Homepage is tied for your user with a workspace. Since each workspace has separate content, you will see different homepages relevant to that workspace content, you can flip between them by changing the workspaces.
