Sprinklr Sandbox offers an isolated test environment that mimics your live production environment, allowing you to practise with precision, create without consequences, and change with confidence. Configure features, test integrations, and onboard new teammates in a safe, low-risk environment.
Sandbox is a separate, standalone environment that can be used for development, testing, and training without compromising the data and applications in a production environment.
The choice of the server will match the client’s production environment (AZURE/AWS/GCP).

Sprinklr Sandbox supports your application lifecycle management, allowing you to manage change to Sprinklr without interruptions to day-to-day customer care.
Sprinklr Sandbox Capabilities
Feature | Description |
Refresh | The act of cloning the Production configuration, with some limitations, to a sandbox environment. |
Outbound Change Set | It's a logical grouping of changes that are ready to move from one environment to another connected environment. |
Inbound Change Set | The act of confirming that the selected configuration changes are ready to be deployed into the chosen environment. |
Rollback | The act of reverting any deployed changes. |
Account Mapping | The act of mapping a test account in a Sandbox to an alternative production account for end-to-end testing. |
Granular User Permissions | The act of governing access to Sandbox capabilities. |
Audit Trail | The act of capturing a complete version history of actions taken. |
Partial Copy | The act to copy data (i.e. listening mentions and assets) from Production to Premium Sandbox. |
