​You can add and configure an information card on the Home Screen of your live chat.

You can choose from various layout options for the Info Card including "Image Banner," "Content," "Content with Icon," and "Content with Image Banner."

• Image Banner: This information card only has an image.

• Content: This information card can have title and description.

• Content with Icon: This information card can have a title and description with an icon (height and width of which can be customised as per brand's requirement).

• Content with Image Banner: This information card can have a title, description and image.

You can add a button and corresponding action if required in each of these information cards.

• Each button can do different things, like open a website ,start a chat, particular product etc. It also allows passing contexual information and updating custom fields values, helping brands understand what users are interested in based on where they clicked by providing critial background or contextual information.
