Introduction
The “Add or Remove from Queues” node allows addition or removal of messages and cases from directly within the dialogue tree.
Some examples where you can use the Add or Remove from Queues Node in your Dialogue trees include -
Automatically assign cases to specific queues based on set criteria. For example, high-priority cases can be added to a priority queue for immediate attention.
Automatically move cases needing escalation to a specialized queue.
Move customer messages from specific marketing campaigns to dedicated queues for better tracking.
Configuring the Add or Remove from Queue Node
You can add or remove messages from Workspace queues (Client queues) using Add to Client Queue or Remove from Client Queue and Customer Queues(Partner Queues) using Add to Parner Queue or Remove from Partner Queue.
You can add from remove cases from Case Queues using Add to Case Queue or Remove from Case Queue.
