What is a Sprinklr Global Profile?
A Sprinklr Global Profile is a single database record for an account (user) that comes into the Sprinklr Platform. This allows brands to ensure that they do not have duplicate, conflicting records on users that interact with brand accounts that are in multiple client environments and allows the Sprinklr Platform to display threaded conversations.
What is NOT Global Profile?
A Global Profile is not the stitching together of profiles across social channels; also known as Profile Stitching. Sprinklr does not support this because it violates many channels terms of services as well as privacy legislation for many countries. Please note that Sprinklr’s First Party Experience use case varies slightly. If a consumer personally authenticates their accounts then Sprinklr and our customers can connect their profiles, but only for that partner environment, and it will be disconnected when they terminate authentication.
How does Sprinklr work with CRM integrations?
Sprinklr allows brands to manually associate a Sprinklr Audience with CRM entries based on fields and information defined by the brand. These data points can be an email address, account number, or other information that uniquely identifies a user.
