Reddit Post flair is a special tagging system that you can choose to enable for your community. Post flair allows mods and community members to create a visual flag for tagged content. It can be used to help categorize post content types, flag content about a certain subtopic of your community, tag a post with removal reasons, or anything else you think might be useful.

To Update Reddit Flair in the Engagement Dashboard

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

2. From the Engagement Home window, search and select your desired reddit dashboard. 

   Tip: To Use Reddit Post Flair the Engagement Dashboard, you're required to create a Reddit Column within the Engagement Dashboards.

3. On the selected reddit dashboard, click the Options icon   in the bottom right corner of the desired message and select Edit Flair.

4. In the Edit Flair Pop-up window, choose the desired Flair from the drop-down menu under the Select Flair option.

   Note You cannot create a new flair in Sprinklr.  You can only use the existings flairs in Sprinklr, which are already created natively. Natively, you can add up to 350 custom post flair templates.

5. Next, Edit Flair Text as per your requirement.

6. Click Apply in the bottom right corner of the Edit Flair Pop-up window.

To Configure Reddit Flair as Condition & Actions in Rule Engine

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Manage Rules within Triage.

2. In the top-right corner of the Rule Engine window, click Create New Rule.

3. In the New Rule window, enter a Name and Description for your rule and set the context to Inbound.

4. If you want, modify the values for Activation Date and Rule Execution Batch. To proceed with the default values, click Next.

5. In the Rule Builder window, click the    icon and select Add Condition to set up specific scenarios that must be met for subsequent actions to execute. You can also chain multiple conditions together to refine the scenarios.

6. Under Conditions Applies To "The source of the Message", select Sprinklr Channel as a condition and Reddit as its value.

7. Click Add another Condition and select Account as a condition and the desired reddit account as its value.

8. Next, under Conditions Applies To "The properties of the Message", choose Select Post Flair as a condition and the desired flair template from the drop-down menu as its value.

9. Going forward, to configure actions in a rule, click the    icon and select Add Action on a Yes or a No branch of a condition depending on when you want the action to be executed. 

10. Under Actions To "Change properties of Message", choose Select Account for Updating Flair as an action and any Reddit account as its value.

11. Next, select the desired Post Flair from the drop-down menu. Additionally, you can also enter the Flair Text.

    Tip: Select Account for Updating Flair action will help you in bulk updating the tags for the selected reddit account.

12. Click Save in the bottom right corner to finalize the creation of your new Rule, or Save as Draft to create a draft version of your Rule.

To Configure Reddit Flair as Filter in a Reporting Widget

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Reporting within Analyze.

2. From the Reporting Home window, search and select select the dashboard on which you'd like to create a widget using this dimension.

3. n the desired Reporting Dashboard window, click Add Widget in the top right corner or in the middle of the page (if no widgets have been added).

4. Enter a Widget Name to display at the top of the widget and enter the Widget Description of your Widget. You can also add a video in the description.

5. Select the Data Source as Social Analytics from the drop-down menu for your widget.

6. Under Select a visualization for your widget, select a chart type for your Widget from the drop-down menu. 

7. Under What would you like to plot on your widget?, add Metrics/Dimensions for your Widget. Click  Bulk add metrics/dimensions to select both Metrics and Dimensions. Metrics and Dimensions will be shown in groups so that you to easily identify relevant metrics and dimensions.

8. In the Add a Metric or Dimension pop-up window, choose Post Flair from the drop-down menu of dimensions.

9. Fill the remaining details as desired. Click Add to Dashboard in the bottom right corner to add your widget to your dashboard.
