Historical Backfill Capabilities and Limitations

Historical backfill is the process of updating data for posts which have been published either before the account was added in Sprinklr or 60 days prior. There is a default backfill range for 60 days which is added as soon as the account is added into Sprinklr. Here we share these backfill capability details for data coming in from Twitter accounts.

  • Post level lifetime metric data is limited to: Likes, Replies, Retweets

                

  • Sprinklr will not perform backfill on Twitter Impression data that is beyond 90 days in the past from the date when the backfill processing starts. Additionally, the below metrics are available only for 90 days:                

    • Impressions

    • Engagements

                

  • Metrics available through Insight_Track API are not supported by Channel for Backfill.


  • Trend Metrics not available.
