Flag Sponsored Posts in Reporting Insights

Updated

You can flag sponsored posts using the dimension Is Sponsored in Reporting Insights for Social Analytics. The dimension 'Is Sponsored' is used to flag sponsored Facebook posts.

Note:

  • For all channels (excluding Yahoo, LINE, Snapchat, Nextdoor, and Google Adwords), if an ad account is added on Sprinklr, the corresponding post will be marked as Sponsored.

  • For Facebook, if the value for the Facebook Paid Impressions metric (available in Social Analytics) is >0, the post will be marked as Sponsored.

  • For YouTube, if the value for ads-based metrics is >0, it is marked as Sponsored.

    Tip

The widget will now display the sponsored status of the posts. If the post is sponsored, it's status is shown as True and if the post is not sponsored, it's status is shown as False.
