Campaign Role-based Configurations

Sprinklr offers a number of options to configure your environment based on User Roles. These configurations can be requested through your Success Manager and will appear to Users or User Groups based on their assignment to a specific Role.

To enable any of the configurations below follow these steps:

Disable Freeform Campaign Tags
If freeform Campaign tags are interfering with standardized Reporting, you can disable these tags by Role.
- Configure a Customer-level Role and assign Users or User Groups.
- Provide your Success Manager with your Customer name and the Role for which freeform Campaign Tags should be disabled.
