When adding intents to your intent model, you have the option to define a Confidence Threshold. It ranges from 0 to 1, where a score closer to 1 indicates higher confidence in the prediction, while a score closer to 0 suggests lower confidence.

This threshold represents the minimum intent confidence score, and any intents with a confidence score below this threshold will be considered uncertain or less reliable by the model and will not be included in the final interpretation of the user's input. This threshold allows you to control the accuracy and reliability of your intent model by filtering out intents that may be ambiguous or less likely to match the user's intention accurately.

Note that the assigned confidence threshold for intents is not honored when tagging the intents through rules.
