Steps To view versions of an Intent Model

1. Hover over the desired Intent Model and select View Versions.

   

2. On the Model Version window, you can view the Live, Previous, and New versions of the model and deploy the version with the best performance.

   Live Version - The current model version which has already been tested & has the best performance. This is the deployed version.

   ​

   Previous Version - The model version which was deployed prior to the Live version.

   New Version - The new version is the latest draft saved in which new changes were added after the last training. It is recommended to train & test the new version on the Golden Test Set before deploying it.

   ​

3. Once the New version has been tested on the Golden Test Set and is performing better than the Live version, you can deploy the New version. The New version, after deployment, becomes the Live version. And, the version which was Live earlier becomes the Previous version.

   

4. You can create another New version by modifying the training data.
