This article shows how to set up governance and permission for Instagram specific channel actions like publishing, reporting, engaging, etc.

Assign permission for channel action

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

2. On the Account (Settings) window, hover over the account's Options icon and select Edit.  You can add/change permissions for an account to perform actions while adding a new account or editing an existing account.

3. Ensure that when adding an account, you have Admin access to the Instagram Account to provide permissions to Publish, view Planner,  fetch Engagement, get Reporting data and perform Channel Actions for the account.

4. Add the Users/User Groups, whom you want to provide Permissions of the account for to perform the respective actions.

5. Click Add New Permission, to give permissions for another action type.

6. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the window.
