Overview

The Shared Projects section on your Portfolios window, enables you to see all the Projects that have been shared with you for ease of access. This section lets you view all the Projects where you are a collaborator but not the Portfolios to which the Projects belong.

Navigating to Shared Projects

1. Click the New Page icon and navigate to Project Management under the Sprinklr Marketing tab.

2. Click the Portfolios icon on the left side to navigate to the Portfolios window.

3. You'll find the Shared Projects section at the very top of the Portfolios window.

4. You can click View Projects OR View All Projects to view all the Projects shared with you.

5. Shared Projects are only shown in Project List view with default fields. You can use the Filter and Sort options to sort and filter your Projects.

6. Click the Options icon on the top right corner of the window to view and manage Archived Projects.
