Color Coding in Task Calendar View

Updated

Overview

Color coding helps with data organization and visualization. You can highlight important information and streamline data for analysis and communication. For example, you can use different colors to represent completed, in-progress, or not-started Tasks.

You can color-code your Tasks in Calendar view by using the Color by Field and Color by Conditions option. You can use the Color by Field option on any single select picklist type field. It can be a standard field such as Status or Priority or a custom field created by the user. Color by Conditions works on any type of field.

Color by Field

1. In Task Calendar view, click Color and then select Color by Field.
