Overview

The Kanban view is useful for visualizing and optimizing workflows. It’s designed to maximize efficiency and accurately visualize the flow of tasks. Kanban boards organize tasks by using stacks. Stacks are a group of tasks, in card format, that are stacked under particular fields based on either standard or custom fields including status, priority level or other such fields.

Using the Stack by Option

1. Create or navigate to a Kanban view. To learn how to create a Kanban view, check this article on Creating Project and Task views .

2. Click the Stack by button and choose the field by which the tasks will be stacked.

3. Click Show to implement your changes.
