How to publish a reply using enter and move to the next line using ctrl/cmd+enter?

By default, you can publish a reply in the care console using ctrl/cmd+enter but now you can also post a reply by pressing Enter and going to the next line with Shift+Enter. To get this capability enabled, please work with your Success Manager.
