While configuring the slots, you can define the frequency for a particular time slot. As the slots keep getting booked, we ensure that the slot availability is updated in real-time.

Customers will have full flexibility on what to do with their appointments, i.e., rescheduling or canceling the booking.

Make sure you have put the URL in the "Live Chat URL" section within your Confirmed Appointment node in the Dialogue Tree.
