Integrations

Integration | Support for Salesforce Integration Enhancements

  • You can now view Salesforce Case History inside Sprinklr UI with the help of a unique identifier.

  • You will be able to govern the Sprinklr Livechat Visibility on the basis of the Agent availability and Queue backlog in Salesforce.

  • Additionally, the secure authentication mechanism (viz. Oauth 2.0 JWT Bearer flow) is now supported with the Salesforce Lightning Connector.

Integration | Support for OKTA SCIM Integration for Twitter

We have now added support for 2 new attributes at the Global level under the OKTA SCIM Integration. With this SCIM integration, we will be adding the two new attributes at the global level. Additionally, all these attributes will have permanent values for all users. Please note, that these are multivalued attributes, meaning that each attribute has more than 3 values for different workspaces.

Integrations | Support for Optimize the API updates from Sprinklr to Zendesk

Sprinklr will now optimize the API updates from Sprinklr to Zendesk. In other words, cases with more than 30 updates will now be throttled so that additional updates can be synced after the 10-minute request window has passed.

Integrations | Migrating SFDC v28.0 to Higher Version

In this release we have now moved from v28 of SFDC Marketplace to v35 (or the latest API versions).

Integrations | Support for Case Notes to be synced in Zendesk

Case notes from Sprinklr will now be synced into Zendesk as private comments. This will help you to pass work notes between other teams. Additionally, you will not have to open both Zendesk and Sprinklr interfaces at the same time.

Integrations | Support for Hierarchical Custom Field handling in the Third Pane

We have now added the support for the hierarchical custom field handling in the third pane for read and edit functionality.

Integrations | Ability to View Last Editor of Social Media Post in Surveillance Mail

We have now added the support to view the last editor of the social media post in the surveillance mail. In other words, you will now be able to view the last editor who had sent the post for approval or publishing in the email archival along with the post content.

Sandbox

Sandbox | Support for New Entities in Sandbox

Within Sandbox, you will now be able to transfer the following entities:

  • Persona

  • Deep Insights

  • Story Analytics Dashboard

  • Scheduled Reports

  • Slot Availability Manager

  • Influencer Manage Networks

  • Record Pages

Sandbox | Support Sandbox Enhancements

  • Federation ID will now be synced along with the user when moving through a changeset.

  • We have now added support for Alerts in Sandbox.

  • We have now added support for Secure conversations in Sandbox for both Refresh and Changeset.

  • We have now added support for Webhooks only in changeset. Note that we have not added the same in case of refresh.

Webhooks

Webhooks | Support to Add Filters to Draft Webhooks

You can now apply filters on the Draft type webhooks. The following webhook options are availabe:

  • Draft Created

  • Draft Updated

  • Draft Scheduled

Display

Display | Quick Code Authorization for a Display URL

You can now easily sync your Display to your screen(s) by simply entering a 6 digit code into the Display app. Quick code authorization makes it a lot easier for you to use items that help support things like a TV's running display (where you have a remote to enter information).

Display | Ad Hoc Command Center - Keyword search in Display Remote

Ad Hoc Command Center allows you instantly visualize data and content on any term you are interested in. With just a single UI element within Display you can generate a new targeted storyboard based on listening in the Remote.
