Sprinklr Named a Leader in Independent Content Marketing Platforms Report
Out of nine vendors evaluated, Sprinklr achieves the highest score in market presence
NEW YORK — April 18, 2017 — Sprinklr, the most complete social media management platform for the enterprise, today announced it was named a leader in the Forrester Research, Inc. April 2017 report, The Forrester Wave™: Content Marketing Platforms, Q2 2017. The report states that “Sprinklr dives into the CMP space with breakaway technology and vision.” The report evaluated nine vendors based on 37 criteria that were grouped into three high-level buckets: current offering, strategy and market presence. According to the report,
“Starting last year, Sprinklr decided to use its penetration into social as a springboard to a much broader mandate, which it calls customer experience management. The vendor has started to put some content oomph behind its promise; it has a workflow builder unique in this field for flexibility and visual simplicity, extremely customizable preview options, and rich application of social data from paid and unpaid posts to many parts of the content life cycle. One of its bigger content marketing users described it as his digital spine, hosting the data and delivering it into executions using workflow and collaboration as the muscle. Sprinklr aims to deliver real omnichannel orchestration — not just planning — and has made a solid start.”
Sprinklr is the only vendor that received the highest score possible in the “market presence” bucket, achieving the highest possible score for all four criteria, including: revenue, number of customers, average deal size and global footprint. Additionally, in the “strategy” bucket, Sprinklr received the highest score possible for five criteria, including: product vision, execution road map, market approach, supporting products/services and partner ecosystem.
“In a world where customer experience is the new battlefield, content marketing platforms need to act as a unified enterprise engine, powering human, intuitive experiences across channels. We saw this from the start, and built the first customer experience management (CXM) platform with unified content marketing capabilities,” said Ragy Thomas, CEO and Founder, Sprinklr. “In my view, being named a leader in the Forrester Wave report is a testament to our customer success, the strength of our product and our overall vision for the CXM industry.”
