Rudy leads Sprinklr's US Federal Solutions Consulting team where he focuses on enabling our hardworking public servants and dedicated service members to achieve their respective mission success.

Prior to Sprinklr, Rudy spent time at Forrester Research as Senior Strategy Consultant, CISSP, ITIL v3, Forrester Certified CX Pro I & II, and Zero Trust Strategist, where he focused on human-centered design strategy, facilitating the digital technology transformations, including cybersecurity, of senior C-level executives from over 100+ mid- to large-sized public and private organizations in the United States and EMEA (e.g., Aerospace, Defense, Education, Energy, Financial Services, Government, and Technology), serving as their trusted change agent with a Tier 4 security clearance – High Risk Public Trust. Achieving his lifelong dream of supporting NASA, and specifically the Artemis Mission, which will land the first woman and person of color on the moon.  

Rudy is BU born and raised, having earned both his MBA from Boston University’s (BU) Questrom School of Business and Bachelor of Economics from Boston University’s (BU) College of Arts and Sciences. As a proud father of two girls, he founded and leads Sprinklr’s We Care Girl Dad’s group whose vision is to build a better, more inclusive world for all to inherit, one imperfect generation at a time.​
