Scott Dulman leads Sprinklr’s Public Sector customer experience management (CXM) and citizen engagement thought leadership programs. He has more than 20 years experience leading product management, product marketing and business consulting teams for innovative CXM, CRM, and Analytics solutions at SAP, Oracle, and CGI. Scott has been responsible for developing effective content, communications, and outreach campaigns across the customer’s journey. He has also managed the planning, design, and delivery of enterprise software solutions at federal, state and local government organizations.
