Tiffany leads Sprinklr's Public Sector Solutions Consulting team where she focuses on strategically demonstrating to Public Sector customers, including Federal, State and Local agencies, and higher education institutions, the power of leveraging Sprinklr's Artificial Intelligence to garner insights from unstructured data from modern channels such as social media.

Prior to Sprinklr, Tiffany spent time at Accenture Federal Services where she focused on human-centered design strategy for large public sector clients including Federal agencies and non-profit organizations. Tiffany earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor's of Architecture from Howard University. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and finding new trails in the DMV area.
