Fortune and Great Place to Work® name Sprinklr one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in New York™

I am thrilled to celebrate with all of our employees, customers, and partners around the world that today Sprinklr was named to the 2021 Fortune Best Workplaces in New York™ list! Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have honored Sprinklr as one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in New York™ based on survey responses from our current employees in the U.S.

The honor is that much more special to us given that Sprinklr is a global company with our headquarters based in New York City. We are sharing a spot on the list with some of the world’s best known brands and exceptionally-run companies that operate or are headquartered here.

We humbly acknowledge the progress we’ve made in building a great culture, while recognizing there’s still work to be done. It’s an honor to be counted on this prestigious list and especially to earn the honor in one of the hardest years of our lives. Together we suffered the personal losses of family and friends during COVID, while also enduring the mental and emotional stress that came with the worst of the pandemic.

Through it all, I continue to be in awe of our Sprinklr Family across the globe — we rallied to take part in comprehensive wellness offerings that fortified our minds, bodies, hearts, and souls. From physical workouts to company-wide step challenges, to meditation and breathing, we focused on supporting each other and bringing our best self to work. I am especially proud of how this team showed extreme care in supporting our India colleagues who suffered immeasurable losses. Whether it was medical equipment, donations, or supportive time off — our actions, hearts, thoughts, and prayers were (and still are) with those who needed them most.

Throughout our journey, we focused on building and accelerating our aspirational culture where everyone can be at their best personally and professionally. Our employees doubled down on living our core values and found ways to increase their happiness, even during tough times. They invested in their own development through our 24-4-U program, and gave back to communities and charitable causes through our 24-4-Others initiative.
