Your Guide to managing Instagram Threads with Sprinklr
We’re so excited to share the news that Threads, the social networking app from Meta, is now available to all Sprinklr customers. We’re looking forward to helping brands easily manage their Threads content at scale while building authentic connections with the Threads community.
What can you do on Threads via Sprinklr?
Since the announcement of our alpha period in March, we’ve made several new capabilities available for content moderation and insights on Threads, including the following:
Capabilities now available to all Sprinklr customers for Threads content moderation:
- hide replies (hide / unhide top-level replies)
- reply to (reply to specific user under root post)
- reply control (specifies who can reply to your published post i.e. everyone / accounts you follow / mentioned only)
- reply retrievals - replies (returns top level replies)
- reply retrievals - conversations (returns all replies in chronological order)
Metrics now available to all Sprinklr customers for Threads insights:
- views
- likes
- replies
- reposts
- quotes
Equipped with new capabilities for content moderation and insightful metrics, Sprinklr customers are better positioned to build genuine relationships with the Threads community. Many of our customers have already achieved positive results by managing Threads via Sprinklr, and we’re looking forward to seeing how our entire customer community will leverage these new features to create impactful strategies on Threads.
