Introducing Sprinklr’s New Mobile App for iOS and Android

Mobile apps are an integral part of our everyday lives, and many of us depend on our phones to get critical business tasks done. Sprinklr’s new mobile app is designed with convenience in mind. Here are some of my favorite updates that will optimize every user’s experience:

1) Personalized shortcuts

Preconfigured shortcuts are made for each user’s role. You can also configure shortcuts to quickly access your most used features for day-to-day activities such as approvals, tasks and publishing.

2) All new publisher

Now you can capture a live moment and publish on the go. Additionally, new multimedia publishing capabilities help you select a number of items from the gallery to publish quickly. You’ll also see faster content uploads with inline progress updates and more visual feedback to help you correct mistakes.

3) Updated engagement dashboard

A simplified interface enables faster content consumption, and bulk actions help increase productivity. With Quick Search, you can find anything. And with Quick Replies, you can speed up your engagement process.

4) Detailed reporting

Filter and drill down into your most important metrics, and open exported reports sent via email in your mobile app. You also have a variety of reporting views, including a full chart and a summary.

5) Prioritized notifications

Never miss a crucial deadline or message with app notifications for approvals needed, spikes in volume of mentions, task updates, and personalized reminders.
