Sprinklr named to Fortune Magazine’s Best Workplaces in New York list for the second year in a row!

I am thrilled to share with all of our Sprinklrites, customers, and partners around the world that Sprinklr has been named one of the Best Workplaces in New York™ in 2022 by Great Place to Work® and Fortune Magazine for the second year in a row! This amazing honor is even more meaningful given that Sprinklr is a global company with our headquarters based in New York City. 

This year’s Best Workplaces in New York award is based on employee feedback collected through America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. 

In that survey, 90% of Sprinklrites said that Sprinklr is a great place to work. This number is 33% higher than the average U.S. company!

Getting that right begins with listening. I have had the pleasure of hosting a number of listening forums alongside our CEO, Ragy Thomas, and other senior leaders over the past few months.
