Having worked with countless applicant tracking systems (ATS) on the market and hiring roles from entry-level positions to executive leadership, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for advocating for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Can you tell us about Sprinklr’s journey from its early days to where it stands today, 15 years later?
Michael describes Sprinklr’s journey as “a true rags-to-riches story.” He elaborated, saying, “A single concept of a unified platform. A journey that would require some patience and market awareness. When I joined back in 2019, our former CEO traveled the world and sat in any and every boardroom possible to bring his vision to life as is today." Michael says transparency and collaboration have been the key to Sprinklr’s growth and success over the years. He shared, “At any level of employment with Sprinklr, you are fully aware and engaged on the company’s mission and directives.”

How do you see Sprinklr handling change, especially in the face of rapid technological advancements?
“Experience and continued success in an industry where many are playing catch up. Too often we hear words like ‘new’ or ‘advancing’ when it comes to AI. We are 15 years ahead of the market with some of the brightest and most intelligent technology leaders and thinkers in the world. I see us positioned to educate and change outcomes for companies that may not have thought it was possible to keep pace,” he explained.
Michael believes Sprinklr plays a pivotal role in the evolution of AI driven customer experience solutions through advancement and education. “We have amazing branding campaigns and have joined forces with some of the biggest CRM companies in the world that are moving to a Unified-CXM platform,” he shared.

At Sprinklr we have employee resource groups (ERGs) that we call ‘We Care’ teams. These teams are Sprinklr-led groups that serve to create safe environments in which individuals can come together to share common experiences and interests. They focus on promoting belonging, inclusion, and community amongst Sprinklrites.
In your experience, what sets Sprinklr apart from other places of work?
Michael shared his personal experience with being involved in We Care at Sprinklr. “We have many We Care Teams celebrating matters that are personal to us as individuals, and we practice what we preach. Genuinely and passionately caring for one another.”

With over 35 years of experience in building industry leading technology teams, I can confidently say our design and development teams are among the best in the industry.”

Once I joined Sprinklr, a personal development plan, or as we call it Learn 2 Grow, went into effect focused on my goals, as well as the company’s and is updated annually & reviewed quarterly,” Michael shared.
