What to expect in the recruiting process
Your background and resume / CV will be reviewed by our recruiting team. If you are qualified, we will reach out to schedule a phone screen with the recruiter.
After speaking to a recruiter you may proceed to the next round of interviews, the recruiter will provide you with the next steps.
The interview process will include a round of six interviews within a timeframe of a few weeks.
If you are selected for the role, the recruiter will work with you on the details regarding your offer.

What has been the most beneficial to you in your career at Sprinklr?
I believe that the support and guidance provided by our leadership team have been crucial in enabling me to progress from an individual contributor to managing a global team. Their unwavering commitment to valuing the contributions of partners to the business has been instrumental in my growth and development.
What are some of your favorite things about working at Sprinklr?
Being a trusted advisor to my customers. When I provide my insights or advice, my customers are very appreciative and grateful, which helps to build relationships. I feel like I'm making a difference for people.
What's one thing you'd tell someone about working at Sprinklr?
Sprinklr empowers you to chart your own journey for success. Nothing is ever easy. However, if you embrace a curious mindset, are not shaken by ambiguity, and are willing to put in the work, you will find success here.
What makes you excited to come to work every day?
Sprinklr is a dynamic, agile and fast-paced environment in which no two days the same. The people I work with, the environment we operate in, and the way we help our customers are all things which have made me excited to come to work every single day for the last four years.
What has been the most beneficial to you in your career at Sprinklr?
I consider myself fortunate to have joined Sprinklr immediately after graduating from college. I've navigated through three distinct roles, and currently, I lead strategic professional services planning for our key accounts in the West. Supportive managers and colleagues have been instrumental in helping me develop the skills needed to successfully transition between roles.
Throughout this journey, I've gained extensive knowledge about both pre- and post-sales processes, providing me with a unique perspective for effectively addressing complex business challenges. What are some of your favorite things about working at Sprinklr?
Flexibility and global support. Because most of us work with regional clients and global teams, Sprinklr provides flexible working options, which allows me to adjust my working hours and locations (office or home). The product specialist and engineering teams are also supportive whenever I am looking for help, anytime.
