Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. Modern Health makes this easy by providing counseling, coaching, and digital tools. You work together with Modern Health to set up an approach that best meets your needs.
What’s Included:
- 8 one-on-one sessions with certified mental health, professionals, or financial well-being coaches.
- 8 one-on-one sessions with licensed clinical therapists.
- Unlimited group support sessions — referred to as Circles.
- A library of guided meditations & self-paced digital courses.
- Ongoing well-being assessments to check-in on your emotional well-being over time.
When you need someone to talk to, free help is just a call or click away. Sprinklr offers two Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that provide supportive programs and services at no charge to you for help with managing work, home, personal or family issues.
Designed with the demands of daily life in mind, the program equips participants with micro-practices to enhance their personal energy levels on all dimensions - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
It also seeks to build a strong sense of belonging through weekly group coaching sessions, and Head2Heart monthly community socials.

At Sprinklr, we believe it is important to take time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones - it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing as well as your personal and professional growth.
Our leave programs are designed to give you the time you need to relax and recharge, heal and recover, bond with your loved ones and prioritize your development.
All full-time U.S. benefit eligible Sprinklrites are entitled to 16 weeks of 100% Paid Parental Leave to bond with a newly welcomed child by either birth, adoption, foster care, or legal guardianship.
Birth mothers are also entitled to an 8-week disability period, regardless of delivery type, prior to parental leave, totaling 24 weeks of 100% paid leave.
This program gives every Sprinklrite an opportunity to take one full day (every year) away from work to dedicate to yourself and focus on a learning and development activity of your choice — either for personal or professional development.

Sprinklr’s Learn2Grow plan helps Sprinklrites think through their goals, identify their strengths, and seek unique learning experiences to reach their potential. It provides employees with a map to guide them in their career journey at Sprinklr.
Linkedin Learning is an on-demand learning solution designed to help Sprinklrites gain new skills and invest in their own development. They get personalized recommendations based on their job title, skills, experience and goals.
Sprinklr's open Mentoring Program is designed to help Sprinklrites build their skills and grow their networks with their colleagues globally.
Sprinklr's ASPIRE program reinforces Sprinklr's commitment to developing high performing talent. Sprinklrites have the opportunity to partner with a Sprinklr leader as their mentor for 4 months. This relationship is intended to help sponsees grow and contribute to Sprinklr in higher and more challenging roles.
