The Sprinklr Cares Platform allows Sprinklrites to live The Sprinklr Way by giving back to the causes closest to their hearts through volunteering and charitable donations. We have a number of ongoing campaigns and incentives to participate in the program.
To show our appreciation and celebrate our new employees, every new hire receives a $25 donation credit to the organization of their choice.
24-4-Others
Sprinklr’s 24-4-Others Program gives every Sprinklrite an opportunity to take one full day (every year) away from work to dedicate to giveback activities focused on investing in others through community volunteering and giving.
Sprinklr Gatherings
We encourage purposeful in-office gatherings and actively work to engage remote employees. We also host live and virtual events for Sprinklrites globally. These events foster employee engagement, unity, and alignment with The Sprinklr Way.
