Sprinklr Insights: 20.2.1 Release Notes
Updated
Sprinklr Insights is an advanced analytics platform that helps businesses better understand customer interactions across multiple channels. The 20.2.1 release brings new features aimed at enhancing customer experiences, driving significant business impact, and improving overall outcomes.
Here are the key features included in Sprinklr Insights's latest release:
Dashboard Level Enhancement
Spam Filter Enhancement
You can now apply the Spam filters at the dashboard level, giving you more flexibility in filtering your data. Previously, this filter was only available on individual widgets, and when reviewing “Spam,” the only filter visible was the Spam Category, which did not return the Spam label in the system. With this update, you'll be able to filter Spam data more effectively across the entire dashboard. This dimension is only supported in an inline editable table currently.
Visual Insights
Expose the Image URL as a dimension
You now have access to a new field that displays image and video URLs in the UI (Widgets). You can also export the image URL through both the CSV export option and the Generate API payload option. This feature allows you to plot the image or video URL for each mention. If multiple images exist in a post, the export will include all URLs, separated by commas.
Channel Level
Redditt Integration
The Reddit integration has been enhanced to capture posts and restore comments after admin approval. Posts that are deleted and later restored will now be fetched back into Sprinklr. Additionally, posts in subreddits that require mod approval will only be captured after approval. This update addresses the issue of missed Reddit mentions, ensuring that restored posts are properly fetched.
Product Insights
User level permission of PII masking on dashboard UI for Listening
In this release, the support of regex-based message text masking is made available for dashboard UI where administrators now have the ability to control text masking at a more granular level, assigning or restricting permissions to individual users and user groups. This ensures that only users with the appropriate roles can view unmasked message text, improving data security and allowing for more flexible and controlled access based on user permissions.
