Sprinklr Social: 20.2.1 Release Notes
Updated
Sprinklr Social is a powerful platform for scaling social media efforts. It offers tools for publishing, engagement, reporting, and more across multiple channels. This release introduces new capabilities designed to elevate customer experiences at every touchpoint, delivering strong business impact.
Engagement
The following features are introduced in Engagement for improved experience and efficiency:
New Option to Refresh Account Health Status
We are introducing a button that allows you to manually refresh your account's status instantly, ensuring it updates from Action Required to Active once the necessary changes are made. This enhancement removes the brief delay that was previously caused by backend processing.
Distributed
The following features are introduced in Distributed for improved experience and efficiency:
Introduction of Email as a Profile Field in the DST Platform
In this release, we are introducing a new field type—Email—into the existing LinkedIn Profile management flow. In general, as a distributed user, you can click on View/Edit Profile to view and edit multiple profile fields. Any changes you make trigger a task for the admin to approve or reject. Until the admin approves the changes, you cannot edit your profile. Once approved, the updates are reflected on both the native platform and Sprinklr, depending on the field type and channel. In case the changes are rejected, the updates are reverted.
Note: The Email field in your LinkedIn Profile is a view-only field, meaning you cannot make any changes from the Distributed platform. However, changes made on the Native platform are reflected.
