Manage Account Groups

Updated 

From the Account Groups management window, you are able to editview activity and delete Account Groups.

To Edit an Account Group

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.
  2. In the Platform Settings window, click Manage Workspace in the left pane and select Account Groups in the right pane.
  3. Hover over the desired Account Group Options icon baseline_more_vert_black_18dp.png and select Edit.

  4. In the Update Account Group window, edit the Account Group details and click Save in the bottom right corner to save the changes.

To View Activity of an Account Group

  1. Hover over the Account Group Options icon baseline_more_vert_black_18dp.pngand select Activity.
  2. In the Activity pane at the right, you will be able to see if any changes have been made to the account group. You can also see the users who have made changes, the type of change that has been made, and the date & time on which the change was made.

To Delete an Account Group

  1. Hover over the desired Account Group Options icon baseline_more_vert_black_18dp.pngand select Delete.
  2. In the Delete Account Group pop-up window, click Delete to delete the group permanently.
