How to Filter and Update Ad Creatives in Ads Manager

You can view and edit your Ad Variant details from the Ads Manager.

One of the many actions you can perform on the ad variant level is to update your existing ad creative assets with new creatives. This will help you save a lot of time as you can easily filter the creatives and sort them as desired.

Use of this feature requires that Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) is enabled in your environment. To learn more about Sprinklr Marketing (Ads), please contact your Success Manager.

To Filter and Update Creatives

1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, go to the Advertising tab and click Ads Manager within Analyze.

2. On the Ads Manager window, check the box alongside the desired campaign whose ad creatives you want to update and select View & Edit from the bottom Edit panel.

3. In the Edit pane to the right, navigate to the Ad level from the left-most campaign structure pane.

4. In the middle pane, scroll down to the Creative section, click Add Creative, and select Add Existing Creative.

Note: This option may be disabled due to various factors such as the following:

"LinkedIn does not support selecting existing posts once the ad is published for Website Visits objective."

5. You will be redirected to the Ads Composer Select from Existing Creatives window.

6. Under the Search bar, you can filter down your creatives based on Post StatusCampaignOutbound TagsCustomizationPost Visibility, and Outbound Custom Properties. You can also search your creatives by entering the Post Text or Post Id in the search bar.

7. Click the drop-down menu option to the far right of the Search bar to sort the creatives by Published Time, Modified Time, Engagement Rate, Likes, Comments, Shares, and Reach metrics / dimensions.

8. Select the desired creative and click Save in the bottom-right corner. You will be redirected to the Ads Manager window.

9. From the bottom-right corner of the Edit window, click Review Changes to review your changes.

10. On the Review Changes window, click Apply Changes in the bottom right corner.
