How to Find and Replace in Ads Manager via Ads Macros

Sprinklr Macros within Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) can be used to make multiple changes to entities at once, creating efficiencies in your workflows. It also allows you to update the names of your Ads with ease, using intuitive find & replace functionality to update text across your ad entities.

To Use Find & Replace
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, go to the Advertising tab and click Ads Manager within Analyze.
On the Ads Manager window click the Macros icon
in the top right corner of the Ads Manager window. Select Build New Macro in the bottom right corner.
Tip: You can toggle between different ad entity levels by clicking on Campaign, Ad Sets, or Ads from the Dashboard bar. |
3. On the Macro pop-up window, select the Name from the drop-down. You can use this feature to replace the names of your ad entities.
4. In the action field, select Replace from the drop-down. Enter the text you would like to find in your Ads and the replacement text. For example, the ad entity name is Evolto (Find) and it will be replaced with Robot (Replace With) once the macro is applied.
5. You can also add more than one macro at a time on your ad entities by clicking the Addition icon to the far right. For more information about Macros, see Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) Macros (add link).
6. Click Apply in the bottom right corner to execute the find and replace macro.
