How to Manage Errors in Ads Manager

Sprinklr Ads Manager helps you to manage the ad entities that have errors in configuration. You can fix a few of the errors automatically using the guided error messages. This means that Sprinklr displays a description of what is causing the error along with a built-in fix for it. This is, however, specific to only a few contexts. You will also come across other errors that can be manually fixed.

Note: Use of this feature requires that Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) be enabled in your environment. To learn more about Sprinklr Marketing (Ads), please work with your Success Manager.

To Automatically Fix Errors in Ads Manager

1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, go to the Advertising tab and click Ads Manager within Analyze.

2. Hover over the Error icon  Space_Icon_Error.png  alongside a Campaign, Ad Set, or an Ad having an error in configuration and click View Error to analyze the cause of the error.

3. Click Fix it and the error gets resolved automatically.

To Manually Fix Errors in Ads Manager

1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Ads Manager within Analyze.

2. Hover over the Error icon  Space_Icon_Error.png  alongside a Campaign, Ad Set, or an Ad having an error in configuration and click View & Fix. If your ad entity contains errors in another level, you can click Show Entities to navigate to that level and analyze the cause of error.

3. This will open up the Edit pane to the right where you can make the necessary changes and apply them to your ad entity.
