Appointment Reminders

After a customer has booked an appointment, you might want to send up a reminder mail before the actual appointment to

  1. remind the customer

  2. increase the likelihood of customers showing up

  3. give an option to the customer to reschedule or cancel in advance

This leads to a better customer experience and increases agent productivity.

Using the Sprinklr platform, you can set up a reminder schedule for a booking and send the reminder via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. For eg. "Send a reminder email to the customer 2 days before the appointment and send another reminder 12 hrs before and 5 min before".

This can be configured in the "Confirmed Appointment Booking" node in the dialogue tree.
