Virtual Background for Agents

You can now allow your agents to apply a virtual background during video calls with customers which allows them to take calls from anywhere by removing distractions in the background while maintaining utmost professionalism and encouraging remote collaboration. Allow agents to use custom images or blur background during video call (low intensity blur, high intensity blur, custom images).

Note - To enable this, please raise a request with support team with the Live chat application ID on which you want the virtual background to be available and Images in the following format: 

  • Recommended size: 50 kb for images, 5-6kb for thumbnail (under 200Kb for both)

  • Recommended dimensions: 960 × 540 (width*height), 16:9 (width:height) ratio

  • Recommended format: Jpg, png
