System Requirements
Sprinklr: Purchase and configure any Sprinklr product(s).
Adobe Experience Manager:
AEM Cloud or On-prem v6.5.0 and above.
The Default Query required by the customer to be fired on their AEM instance along with the facets they want, needs to be optimised according to their AEM instance(eg. Optimised Indexing on their AEM instance)

You have the ability to access the approved content assets from AEM in real time directly within Sprinklr Asset Manager. This eliminates any manual errors and ensures appropriate workflows are followed.
You have the ability to use AEM as the single source of truth for assets for any kind of campaign run through Sprinklr.
An Intuitive UX for Sprinklr users to search, filter and download the AEM assets including images, videos, documents and more, directly from Sprinklr’s asset manager to publish or schedule a post with the asset.
You have the ability to use the assets from AEM directly for campaign planning, curation, execution and also for engagement on 30+ social, messaging channels supported by Sprinklr.
You are provided the latest content from AEM with necessary details like campaign, expiration date, and more. AEM v2 integration ensures any updates made to an asset’s metadata are reflected in Sprinklr.
Ensure strict compliance and governance in terms of the visibility, usage, restrictions, and expiration of assets.
Any updates to the assets in AEM is synchronized with Sprinklr assets on a regular basis.
This integration creates an enhanced workflow for users to locate content, manage assets by teams or region, and ensure proper tracking and reporting.
You have the ability to create Sprinklr reports and dashboards related to the assets created inside Sprinklr from AEM.
To Access AEM Assets using Asset Manager
Step 1: Navigate to the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Engage.
Step 2: In the Asset Manager Dashboard, click the Create Asset icon in the top right corner and choose the Asset Type as either an Image or a Video from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: On the Media Uploader popup window, if you have the role and permission then you see the option of accessing the AEM Cloud version in one of the tabs alongside the other standard Sprinklr Asset Manager tabs. Clicking on the AEM Cloud tab, loads the assets in real-time from AEM. You can then filter, pick and choose the assets that they would later like to be used for campaign planning, curation, execution and engagement on 30+ social, messaging channels supported by Sprinklr.
Similarly, On the Media Uploader popup window, if you have the role and permission then you see the option of accessing the AEM On-Perm version in one of the tabs alongside the other standard Sprinklr Asset Manager tabs.
Step 4: Next, enter the details of the asset in the Create New Asset window and click Save in the bottom right corner of the window.
To Access AEM Assets using Quick Publish
Step 1: Navigate to the Sprinklr Social tab, click Quick Publish within Engage.
Step 2: In the Create Post window, search and select the required account in the SelectAccounts field.
Step 3: Once you have selected the account you would like to publish to, enter the content for the post in the Message box.
Step 4: Click Photo or Video to add an AEM Assets using the Media Uploader.
Step 5: On the Media Uploader pop-up window, select the AEM Cloud or AEM On-Perm tab at the top of the Media Uploader.
Step 6: Next, enter the additional required information in the Create Post window and click Post in the bottom right corner to publish your post.
