Convert Text Assets to Canned Response via Macros

You can convert any Text Asset to Canned Response in the Asset Manage using macros. In this way, you will be able to bulk convert multiple text asset as the canned response. Similarly, if you wish you can bulk convert multiple canned responses as a text asset. Thus, Asset Macros allow you to create efficient Asset Manager Asset workflows, taking multiple actions on an Asset at once.

Before You Begin
To mark/ unmark any text assets as canned response using Macros. You are first required to create an asset macro. For more information, how to create an asset macro, see Asset Macros.
Tip: You can select and apply actions to your asset macro from the drop-down menu either for Automated Actions or for Manual Inputs. Applying the action in both will result in failure of the action. |
Steps to Convert Text Assets to Canned Response
Click the New page icon
and select Assets under Sprinklr Social
In the Digital Asset Manager window, use the Quick filters to identify text assets
For Grid View — click on the Asset Preview (one or more) to display Asset Quick Actions at the top of the window.
For List View — click on the Asset Checkbox (one or more) to display Asset Quick Actions at the top of the window.
Click the Macros icon to view a drop-down menu of available Asset macros. Select the macro you'd like to apply.
