Create Twitter Cards via DAM

This article will cover the steps and guidelines on how to create a Twitter Card via DAM, which adds rich media to tweets for more engagement and information, increasing click-through rates, driving website traffic and providing a better user experience for their followers.

Steps to create Twitter cards in DAM

  1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Digital Asset Management.

  2. On the Digital Asset Manager window, click the drop-down icon alongside Add Asset and select Twitter Card.
    Note: You can edit your existing Twitter Cards via Creative Library and advertise on Twitter with dynamic content that helps capture your audience's attention with images and videos

  3. On the Create New Asset window, select your desired Template within the Twitter Card section.

  4. Provide the necessary details as per requirement. You will have a preview on the right. For more information, see Types of Twitter Cards — Field Descriptions.
    Note: The name for the card can have a maximum length of 80 characters.

  5. Click Save on the bottom right corner to save the changes.

Note:

  • While creating a new post or editing an existing post with Twitter Cards in Quick Publisher, you can apply a Web Analytics Profile. Sprinklr will extract the Website URL information from the card and append the web analytics parameters. This will create a new instance of the Twitter Card, keeping the original card unchanged.

  • You cannot append web analytics to an existing Twitter Post (published) with Cards.

  • Max Time Duration: 2 minutes and 20 seconds

  • Video Codec: H264, Baseline, Main, or High profile, 4:2:0 color space

  • Frame Rate: 29.97 FPS or 30 FPS. Higher is also acceptable.

  • Video Bitrate: 6000K - 10000K for 1080p; 5000K - 8000K for 720p

  • Audio Codec: AAC LC (low complexity)
