How user can approve UGC Post

To create UGC Approval Request Template

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click UGC Templates within Listen. You will be redirected to the V3 environment. 

  2. On the Settings / UGC Template window, you can view all UGC Templates created by you. You can Preview, Edit, or Delete an existing UGC Template.

  3. Click Create UGC Template in the top right corner.

  4. Under the Details section, give the template a name and enter it in the given Name field. Enter a description in the Description field. You can select the visibility of the UGC. You can make it globally visible, or you can select groups to which the UGC will be visible. Select Expiry Time from the given dropdown.

  5. Click Next in the bottom right corner.

  6. Under the UGC Template Entry Criterion section, select the Channel in the given field. Choose the Account that the brand will use to request approval on the user's content. Select the Campaign. Select the Locale from the given dropdown. Check the Enable Hashtag Approval for all/selected channels box, based on your preferences.

7. Click Next in the bottom right corner.

8. Under the Microsite Approval Settings section, enter text for Reply Message (This text will be shown to the user while requesting approval). You can add a brand photo. Add a Message, Approve Message and Reject Message in the given fields.

9. Enter messages in the other fields like Recall Message, Recall Sub-Message, Terms and Conditions, etc. Check the box for Add a verification message, if you want to add one (optional).

10. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

Reply using UGC Approval Request Template in the Engagement Dashboard

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

  2. Go to the column with the intended post, and hover over it.

  3. Click the Request Approval icon.

  4. Inn the From field, select the Account that you want to use to reply. Select the one that you used for creating the Approval Request Template. The message template will appear below in the message field.

  5. Select Reply as the Message Type.

  6. Select the appropriate Locale from the given dropdown.

  7. Fill in the other information.

  8. Click Send in the bottom right corner.

How user can approve UGC Post

1. After the UGC Approval Request has been sent, the user will receive a notification on Twitter, along with a link directing to a window where the user can Decline/Approve the request.

2. The user has to click Approve.

3. The user will reach the Authorize App window, where he/she has to click Authorize App or Cancel, based on preference.

Note

When the user will be asked to authorize the app, the application will be able to view the user's timeline and profile.
