Check for Audience Overlaps in Ads Manager Pivot

This article will cover one of the most common use cases for using ads manager pivot. By grouping on audience name, you can easily check how many ads each audience is targeted to and understand if there is a huge overlap (audience is being overutilized).

Checking for Audience Overlap

  • Navigate to the Ads Pivot dashboard. 

  • Click on the pencil icon on the right to open the Pivot Creation pane and add the Sprinklr audience name in the first level.

  • Add Ad Variant in the second level.

  • Go to the metrics tab and add the volume of ad variant metric along with any other metric you would want to see and click on edit pivot.

  • The pivot view will help you check how many ad variants are targeted to a particular audience. You can sort the volume of ad variants in descending order for better analysis.

  • You can take quick actions right from pivot such as pausing ads, cloning, editing bids/budgets, and so on.
