Reaction Campaigns User Flow

Updated

The Reaction Campaign in Sprinklr Advocacy empowers Advocates to automatically like brand posts using their connected social accounts. Admins initiate campaigns, prompting users to opt in, and opted-in users have brand posts automatically liked on their behalf.

Users will get a pop–up notification when the reaction campaign starts. He will be able to:

  • Like the post – If the user chooses to like the post, their selected user account will automatically like the brand's post as soon as the reaction campaign begins.

  • Like and subscribe to the post – If the user Likes and subscribes, it will like all the future brand posts along with the current one.

As soon as the reaction campaign gets started, advocates receive a notification to like the brand post natively.

User Flow for a Reaction Campaign

  1. Advocates can express their preference by either clicking Like this Post or No Thanks to ignore the brand post and refrain from liking it.

  2. If you clicked No Thanks, don't worry; you can find the post in the Notifications section, and you can still like it. You will continue to receive these reaction campaign notifications in the future.

  3. If you have clicked Like this Post, the post gets liked automatically if there is only one account connected and if you have multiple accounts linked to the advocacy site, you will be prompted to select the accounts from which you want to like the brand post.

  4. The post gets liked from the selected accounts.

  5. After successfully liking the brand post, for subscribing to the future campaigns select the desired accounts and click Like Future Posts in the next prompt. This will enable automatic liking of all future brand posts without receiving further notifications. You can anytime change this from the Profile section.

  6. If you don’t want to subscribe to future posts, select Don’t Show This Again and click No Thanks.

Note: You can choose to subscribe from the Profile section at any time.

Notifications

  1. Advocates can check the notifications section to find updates on the posts they've liked and the points they've earned.

  2. If they haven't liked a post, the notification includes a CTA to like the brand post directly from there.

Brand Post Subscription Update in the Profile Section

  1. Advocates can navigate to their profile, scroll down to find Reaction Campaign Preferences, and switch on the toggle to Subscribe.

Note: Advocates can continue liking all future brand posts, contributing to the increased reach of their company.

  2. Select the accounts from which you want to like the posts.

Gamification

Advocates earn points for liking posts in Reaction campaigns, calculated based on their existing Native Like activity. Admins can adjust point values using a gamification multiplier during campaign creation which will boost the points received by the advocates.
